1. In the following cases, personal information will be retained for a specified duration under user consent:
   • Personal information included within user inquiries: retained for 6 months from the date of receiving the inquiry.
   • E-mails related to prevention of unjust use of services: retained for 6 months after termination of Usage Agreement.
2. In the following cases, personal information will be retained until the end of each respective time period:
   • Pursuant to Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and Enforcement Decree thereof:
     • Records related to cancellation of contracts or subscriptions: 5 years
     • Records related to resolution of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years
     • Records related to marks and advertisements: 6 months
   • Protection of Communications Secrets Act
     • Computer communications, internet log records, and data on tracing access location: 3 months
     • Date of telecommunications by subscribers, time when the telecommunications commence and end, subscriber number of the other party, frequency of use, location tracing data of outgoing base station: 12 months (notwithstanding, if data is related to intercity and local telephone service, 6 months).
   • Electronic Financial Transactions Act
     • Records related to electronic financial transactions: 5 years
