Article 1. Use of Services

• License Grant: By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the eapy platform.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any content for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Article 3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Plans: Certain features or services of eapy may be available only through paid subscription plans. Subscription tiers, pricing, and features are described on our website and are subject to change at any time at our discretion.
• Billing and Payment: By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) according to the terms of your selected plan. All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation, including any charges for the renewal term.
